At Pink Pearl Primary Care, we offer a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership model, providing personalized, accessible, and comprehensive healthcare services tailored to your needs.

What is Direct Primary Care (DPC)?
DPC is a patient-centered model that offers enhanced access to your healthcare provider without the constraints of traditional insurance. It’s ideal for individuals seeking improved access to healthcare, especially those with high-deductible or high-premium insurance plans. Our DPC membership covers 80–90% of your healthcare needs annually—often at a cost lower than one month of insurance premiums. If you do have insurance, DPC can complement your plan by covering day-to-day care, while insurance is used for specialists, medications, and additional services.

Where We Travel
Pink Pearl Primary Care offers in-home, mobile visits across Northern Palm Beach County. We proudly serve families within and beyond Jupiter, with travel fees based on your location:
Standard Service Area 0–10 miles: In-home visits are included in your membership — no additional charge.
Extended Travel Areas 10–30 miles: $1 per mile
Beyond 30+ miles: Please contact us to discuss
📌These additional fees help cover travel time and mileage, allowing us to continue providing personalized, high-quality care directly to your doorstep. This flexible model allows us to bring compassionate, whole-person care directly to you — while keeping our services accessible and sustainable.
Telehealth visits are always included with your membership and are available to all patients, regardless of location.
Terms
📌 Important Membership Terms:
Disclaimer: Pink Pearl Primary Care does not accept any medical insurance, including Medicare. We are not responsible for coverage disputes with your insurance. Services cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement. Submitting provider services to Medicare may result in dismissal from our practice and potential legal consequences. However, patients may use insurance for prescriptions and specialist care.
- Memberships require a 12-month minimum commitment
- Monthly fees are non-refundable and continue until the commitment period ends
- Monthly Memberships are automatically renewed unless canceled 30 days before renewal
- Annual & Semi-Annual Memberships automatically terminate after 12 months.
- No partial refunds for early cancellations; access continues through the paid period
- Members may be billed monthly, semi-annually or annually, as selected at sign-up
- Pricing is subject to change. We do our best to keep costs affordable for families while continuing to provide high-quality, personalized care. Any adjustments will always be communicated in advance, so our members feel fully informed.
Monthly Cost and Minimum Commitment: Our monthly memberships are $79 per month for the primary member, with a minimum commitment of twelve (12) months. Please note that the monthly membership fee is non-refundable, even if canceled before the end of the commitment period. Family pricing applied during registration.
Billing and Cancellation: Members are billed automatically each month, quarter or annually as indicated on the original subscription purchase. To avoid being billed for the upcoming payment, cancellations must be made 30 days before the billing date. No refunds will be provided for membership fees once billed.
Automatic Membership Renewal: Your Monthly membership will be automatically renewed at the end of each 12-month period unless canceled.
Partial Refunds: Unfortunately, we do not offer partial refunds for mid-month cancellations. However, your membership benefits will remain active until the end of the paid quarter.
