- All patients must complete an Initial Enrollment Visit before receiving any services.
- Payment is required in full prior to all visits for non-members and pay-per-visit services.
- Pay-per-visit options are available after Initial Enrollment and can be paid via Hint membership platform.
Membership Billing - Memberships are priced monthly but billed quarterly for your convenience.
This helps us maintain simple, predictable billing while continuing to offer high-quality, personalized care.

- We do not perform well-child visits or routine childhood vaccinations.
- Children must be enrolled with at least one adult (18+) in a family membership.
