How to Enroll & Schedule Your First Visit

Step 1: Review Our Website
Visit our website and explore our services, pricing, and how our mobile and virtual care model works.

Step 2: Enroll Using Hint
Click “Become a Pink Pearl Member Today” to complete your secure enrollment through our Hint Health platform. You’ll fill out your information, select your choice of a per visit Pop-up plan or a Membership plan, and set up your payment method.

Step 3: Schedule Your First Appointment
Once enrolled, we’ll contact you to schedule your initial telehealth visit, or you can request one anytime via our Contact Us page.

Step 4: Complete Intake Forms
Prior to your first visit please check your email for the Initial Intake Forms. Please complete and answer all questions to better assist you during the initial visit.

Step 5: In-home or Telehealth Visit
Your first visit can be done virtually or in-home. During this time, we’ll complete your intake, review your health history, and create a personalized plan of care.
