Here’s everything you need to know about payments, insurance options, and associated fees for our services.
Payment Policy
Pink Pearl Primary Care does not accept any medical insurance, including Medicare or Medicaid. Payment is expected at or before the time of service.
Patients may request a coded superbill to submit to their insurance provider (excluding Medicare/Medicaid). Reimbursement depends on your plan’s terms and is not guaranteed.

Insurance Information
We are not contracted with any insurance providers. However:
You may request a superbill to submit for reimbursement (except Medicare/Medicaid).
Patients with PPO plans often receive partial reimbursement for out-of-network services.
Standard labs ordered through LabCorp, Quest, or Access Medical Labs may be covered by your insurance policy.
Functional medicine labs are typically not covered by insurance.
While provider fees may not be submitted to Medicare/Medicaid, standard lab work may still be covered if ordered through an accepted lab.

FREE FOR A LIMITED TIME!
This is a 15-minute video call on our secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform to meet with Emely, FNP-C. This is not a clinical consultation, but a chance to determine if Pink Pearl Primary Care is the right fit for your needs.
No intake forms are required prior to this appointment. The $15 fee must be paid before scheduling.
