Supporting Mothers & Children in Our Community
At Pink Pearl Primary Care, we believe every mother and child deserves access to compassionate, high-quality primary care, regardless of financial circumstances. The Pearl Health Ministry is our faith-based outreach program providing a limited number of complimentary primary care visits to mothers and children ages 3 and older who are experiencing financial hardship or a difficult season of life.
Rooted in faith, love, and service, our mission is to help care for families in our community with dignity, compassion, and respect.
Who Qualifies?
The Pearl Health Ministry is designed to support:
- Mothers experiencing financial hardship or temporary life challenges
- Children ages 3 and older whose families are experiencing financial hardship
- Uninsured or underinsured mothers and children
- Families referred by partnering churches, schools, community organizations, or other local resources
Requests are reviewed individually based on need, available resources, and current ministry capacity. Because this is a charitable outreach program, availability is limited and services are not guaranteed.
What’s Included?
Eligible participants may receive complimentary primary care services such as:
- Routine primary care visits
- Preventive care and health education
- Evaluation of common, non-emergency illnesses
- Chronic condition follow-up when appropriate
- Prescription management when clinically appropriate
- Lab ordering and care coordination
- Referrals to community resources and specialists when needed
Services are provided based on individual needs, clinical appropriateness, and ministry availability. Laboratory testing, imaging, medications, specialist care, emergency services, and other third-party services are not included unless otherwise specified.

Each request is reviewed individually, and care is offered based on clinical appropriateness, financial need, available resources, and current ministry capacity.
You may also be referred by a local church, school, community organization, or other trusted community partner.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or availability of services.

The Pearl Health Ministry was created from a desire to serve our community with compassion, generosity, and love. Inspired by our Christian faith, we believe caring for others is one of the most meaningful ways we can put that faith into action.
While our ministry is faith-inspired, care is offered with respect and compassion to eligible individuals and families of all backgrounds and beliefs.
