At Pink Pearl Primary Care, we believe every child deserves access to compassionate, high-quality medical care—regardless of financial status. That’s why we created the Pearl Health Ministry, a special outreach program offering free primary care services for children in need.

This ministry is rooted in faith, love, and the belief that health care should be accessible, family-centered, and community-driven.

Who Qualifies?

The Pearl Health Ministry is designed to serve:

  • Children ages 0–18 who are uninsured or underinsured
  • Families experiencing financial hardship or temporary life challenges
  • Children of immigrant, undocumented, or underserved families
  • Those referred by partnering schools, churches, or local organizations

You do not need to prove income. We trust that families who apply are in genuine need of support.

What’s Included?

Eligible children receive:

  • Routine primary care visits
  • Sick visits and basic urgent care
  • School and sports physicals
  • Wellness checks
  • Referrals for additional resources if needed

Visits are provided in the child’s home (where available) or via telehealth, based on location and clinical needs.
