Booking Policy
To provide personalized, uninterrupted care and honor limited appointment availability, the following booking policies apply to all wellness services:
• A valid card and payment are required to secure your appointment.
• Appointments not secured within 24 hours of booking request may be released.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24–72 hours of the appointment are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations within 24 hours, same-day cancellations, or no-shows are charged the full session fee and are non-refundable.
• Late arrivals may shorten session time to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.
• Wellness-focused services are elective/self-pay services and are not billed to insurance or Medicare.
• IV therapy session requests are subject to nurse/provider confirmation. Selecting a time online is considered a request and is not guaranteed until confirmed by the treating nurse/provider.
• By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
