Whether you’re a new patient or an established one, we offer flexible visit options without requiring monthly membership.

Initial visit is a one-time visit and does not include follow-ups. Discounted care is available through bundles or memberships.

Where We Travel
Pink Pearl Primary Care offers in-home, mobile visits across Northern Palm Beach County. We proudly serve families within and beyond Jupiter, with travel fees based on your location:
Standard Service Area 0–10 miles: In-home visits are included— no additional charge.
Extended Travel Areas 10–30 miles: $1 per mile
Beyond 30+ miles: Please contact us to discuss.
📌These additional fees help cover travel time and mileage, allowing us to continue providing personalized, high-quality care directly to your doorstep. This flexible model allows us to bring compassionate, whole-person care directly to you — while keeping our services accessible and sustainable.
Telehealth visits are always included with your membership and are available to all patients, regardless of location

📌Important Membership Terms:
Disclaimer: Pink Pearl Primary Care does not accept any medical insurance, including Medicare. We are not responsible for coverage disputes with your insurance. Services cannot be submitted to Medicare for reimbursement. Submitting provider services to Medicare may result in dismissal from our practice and potential legal consequences. However, patients may use insurance for prescriptions and specialist care.
- Pay-per-visit services are available based on provider availability.
- Pricing is subject to change and must be paid in full at the time of service.
- We do our best to keep costs affordable for families while continuing to provide high-quality, personalized care. Any adjustments will always be communicated in advance, so our members feel fully informed.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer full or partial refunds. Processed payments may be held for future visits in the case of visit cancellation
- Pay-per-visit care is intended for non-emergency medical needs. These visits do not establish a long-term patient-provider relationship and should not be considered a substitute for ongoing primary care. For emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
